All rooms have been extensively refocused and refurbished with full en-suite facilities, colour TV and tea/coffee-making facilities.
Please be aware that at this time we can not offer any Ground Floor Accommodation. All our accommodation is located on the first and second floor. Fully en suite superior accommodation, with TV and tea/coffee making facilities.
The triple room is also available to sleep 4 at an additional cost. This must be booked over the phone with us directly as it is a special requirement and is not priced on the Online Booking facility. This room is only available with single beds however we can place two beds together in the case of a couple if requested at time of booking. If you require a cot for a child, we have one available for an additional £5 per STAY. Children under 3 stay FREE!! In addition to the cot service we can also offer baby bottle/food warming and fridge storage for the milk/food. We also have ground floor storage for pushchairs and all for no extra cost. If you require nappy bags and/or a nappy bin for the room just ask a member of staff, we'll do our best to ensure you have all you need baby wise. Unfortunately we can not offer baby listening devices or child minding services at this time.

Terms and Conditions of booking: By booking a room at the business named above, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated below and in the case of online bookings the Terms and Conditions stated at the time of confirmation. When booking by telephone Credit/Debit
card details must be provided to secure the room/s. The full outstanding balance
will automatically be debited from the card upon departure unless stated
otherwise (e.g. you wish to pay by cash or card in person) however card details
must still be provided. Failure to provide correct details or refusal to pay the
outstanding balance will result in legal action being taken against you. In the
case of Online Bookings the amount paid will be refundable until 48 hours before
the booked date/s less £5 per room to cover administration charges. Housekeeping services are available by request but will not be carried out unless asked to do so. Any complaints about the service provided must be made to a member of staff at the time of fault or upon discovering a cause for complaint. Complaints regarding the quality of the stay or service made at the time of departure will not be a valid cause for refund or discount and we reserve the right to refuse refunds and discounts for matters such as this. All damages caused directly/indirectly should be reported to a member of staff immediately. Any damages found in the room, the cost to repair/replace will be added to the outstanding balance. These Booking Terms apply to the
business named above. Our officers, employees and agents (‘We’/’Us’/’Our’) and
the person or legal entity making the Booking or to whom We supply services in
respect of the Booking (‘You/Your’). Bookings are made and a contract between
You and Us comes into effect when We accept a reservation from You. We will
accept a reservation when We have confirmed Your reservation and received full
payment of the total price quoted to You from Us or in the event that we require
a non-refundable deposit, when we have received full payment of the total value
of the non-refundable deposit. Where a non-refundable deposit is paid, the
